Student Account Charges Freeze from July 1 - Early August

As part of UC San Diego's transition to the Triton Student System (TSS), departments will not be able to post non-registration related charges to student accounts from June 30, 2026 anticipated through early August. The final day departments may post charges or make corrections to charges on student accounts in the Integrated Student Information System (ISIS) will be June 30, 2026. New charges will not be posted until the transition to TSS is complete.

This deadline applies to all departments that assess fees directly to student accounts, including services such as parking, student health, Bookstore retail purchases, copier fees, library fines, and other auxiliary fees.

Action Required

Please review your department's student account activity and ensure that:

• All outstanding charges are posted to student accounts in ISIS by June 30, 2026.
• Any necessary corrections/reversals or adjustments to existing charges are completed by June 30, 2026.
• Student account records are reviewed for accuracy prior to the transition.

July 1 - Early August 2026

Beginning July 1, 2026, departments will no longer be able to process new charges or corrections in ISIS.

Any new charges or charge corrections that arise after June 30 must be processed in TSS when it  becomes available in early August 2026. Campus Partners will be alerted once TSS is available to post charges. Training sessions on how to post charges in TSS will be available soon.
