The Interfolio Academic Review system went live on July 1, 2019. These pages are intended to inform those looking for information about the system's implementation project. Visit the Academic Personnel Services - Interfolio website for current system information and support.

 

The Interfolio Academic Review System project focused on digital solutions for faculty review, tenure, promotion, and activity reporting for the campus, SIO, and Health Sciences. Interfolio was introduced as the replacement for AP On-Line Review. 

The project included:

  • Creation of a personnel database.
  • A system that provides a dynamic workflow to support the full scope of an academic review.
  • Built-in tools for collection of faculty activity.

The system includes a dynamic workflow that supports the full scope of an academic review - from initial file submission and requests for external evaluation letters through the delivery of a final decision.   

Interfolio also provides a powerful faculty activity reporting tool, Faculty 180, that facilitates the extraction of data from various campus and, in some cases, third party databases such as PubMed to create biobibs and CVs.
