About the Real Estate Project

The Real Estate system went live in March 2019. Visit the Real Estate website for current information and support.

The Facilities Information Management (FIM) Real Estate project was created to provide better management and reporting functionality for leases and other real estate agreements for the university. Powered by IBM Tririga, the real estate system offers more robust decision-making power for leadership, and will replace the existing Real Estate Lease Management (RELM) system.

The FIM Real Estate team completed a soft launch in December 2018, which included the release of core configuration, report and portal features.

The official release of FIM Real Estate is coming in March 2019, starting with lease agreement management and monthly invoicing.

By October 2019, FIM will launch its real estate partners, offering a portal and access to campus business administrators.
