The Financial Information System (FIS) went live on July 1, 2020. Visit the current Financial Management information and support page for more.Organizing leaders at all levels of the university to coordinate communication so end users hear the right messages from the right people was the goal of the Change Network.
Building a Change Network of informed individuals in every college, unit and medical
The FIS Change Network:
- Included members from across the university and medical
center - leadership, supervisors and employees- to build awareness of the project and its impact - Provided structure to facilitate communication using local, established channels
- Supported feedback and two-way communication between those affected by the project
- Required members to attend meetings, share communications, track unit readiness and present updates at existing departmental meetings.
The network was led by Change Leads Adam DiProfio and Arlynn Renslow, and locally by the Sponsorship Coalition Lead. Change Network representatives, listed below, communicated about how units planned to adopt and communicate changes related to the project.
