Process Palooza to Showcase ESR, Campus Success Stories

Process Palooza returns to UC San Diego March 25. This unique, high-energy conference celebrates UC San Diego’s commitment to business excellence, operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

“Process improvement, business excellence, and community engagement are all key pillars of ESR, and to that point, Process Palooza 2020 is an ideal opportunity for the ESR community to participate and take a deep dive into those topics,” explains Mojgan Amini, a Process Palooza co-sponsor and IT community change management lead for ESR. “Process Palooza will offer practical and hands-on examples of process improvement and good change in action across UC San Diego.” 

Process improvement work completed by ESR’s Lean Bench will be showcased at the event. Additionally, ESR project teams will be represented at a booth in the expo area. “Several ESR projects go live in the first half of 2020, so I encourage everyone to stop by the booth and meet key people, learn more and be as prepared as possible,” added Mojgan.
