Payroll Support Changes

To improve our ability to provide customer service during this season of remote working and social distancing, we are announcing the following initiative.
New Service Portal
As of Monday, April 6, payroll is live on ServiceNow (SNOW), UC San Diego's centralized service and support portal that provides help for business services and information technology needs.
Payroll will have a visible presence on the opening web page:
- Visit support.ucsd.edu
- Click the BUSINESS FINANCE & PAYROLL portal below the search box (this is the best page to bookmark)
- Click GET HELP - again, below the search box - to submit a ticket
- Login with your Active Directory (AD) account
As with BFS-ASK, use this new portal to ask questions, report issues and request services.
The BFS-ASK ticketing system will also stop accepting new cases on April 6. Existing BFS-ASK cases already submitted will remain open in BFS-ASK until until resolved.
