UCPath Deployments Complete!
The final UCPath implementation happened on July 27 when Lawrence Berkeley National Lab (LBNL) went live with UCPath. This deployment concludes the implementation of the largest business transformation initiative in UC history. With this last deployment, UCPath now supports 230,000 UC employees with one single payroll, benefits and human resources solution.
UCPath provides employees online access 24/7, to pay and benefits information via UCPath Online - the new self-service portal. For questions or additional assistance, employees can reach the UCPath Center by phone at 855-982-7284, Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-5 p.m. PST. Employees can also submit their questions by clicking on the “Ask UCPath Center” button or by using the Chat feature available on many of the UCPath Online webpages. It is always a best practice for employees to review each earnings statement and UCPath Online provides quick and easy access to this functionality, we encourage all to take advantage. For earnings statements prior to deployment, employees should visit AYSO.
As UC San Diego moves into the stabilization phase of our deployment, in addition to the online portal and UCPC, local support and assistance is available to employees. Simply navigate to UCPath Support at support.ucsd.edu and complete the appropriate form to submit a question, seek assistance or request access.
