What was behind EIM closing?
When will there be an identity management solution?
While there is not a timeline for the completion of EIM at this time, the team continues to work on identity management requirements to support campus, Health and the Student Information System project. A service roadmap outlines ongoing work on components of identity management as options for a new registry and match system are investigated.

Will any of the work completed for EIM be applied?
There has been a significant amount of work completed and much was learned through the EIM project. Many hours of subject matter expert information has been documented, and the invaluable input of end users brought to light business requirements that had not been anticipated.
System maps, software capabilities and lessons learned from system shortcomings will be applied to the next steps for identity management.Work continues on identity management as the options for a new registry and match solution are investigated.

What will be the replacement for COmanage Registry and Match?
A replacement for COmanage Registry and Match is to be determined. The team continues to assess available options, taking into consideration the requirements of campus, Health and the upcoming Student Information System. In the meantime, work continues on the service roadmap.
