Revised TSS Timeline: SU26 Release

In case you haven’t already heard, the TSS Project has a new timeline! We encourage you to review the official Campus Announcement that was sent on May 21, 2025. This timeline adjustment follows the completion of the year-long Process Design Workshops, where the detailed scope of work and timeline were defined.

Below are key takeaways from this decision, as well as a link to a fact sheet with frequently asked questions and our contact information.

Key Takeaways

Here's what we want you to know about this decision:

  • The go-live for TSS is now Summer 2026 to allow for more time for testing, training and continuity planning activities. A summer go live also more closely aligns with the academic and administrative calendars, reducing potential disruption during peak periods and positioning the university for a smoother transition.
  • The transition from the current system (ISIS) to TSS will be a phased process, with cutover activities beginning in January 2026 and continuing through December 2026.
  • The initial release of TSS remains unchanged, and will still focus on core functions necessary for university operations, with additional features planned for later releases.
  • Opportunities for the university community to preview the new system, participate in user testing and engage in training will be offered in the coming months. Make sure you are subscribed to our newsletter so that you are informed of future opportunities for involvement.
