TSS Scheduling Training: Coming Soon!

Instructional Scheduling Assistant (ISA) training is currently in development to support faculty and staff as UC San Diego transitions course scheduling into the new Triton Student System (TSS).

The training will include self-guided learning resources that explain how course scheduling works in TSS, outline shared scheduling concepts that apply across both Main Campus and the Division of Extended Studies (DES) and clarify your role in ensuring course schedules are accurate, complete and aligned with University policy.

After reviewing core concepts, learners will follow a task-based learning path tailored to how they interact with TSS. Supplemental materials will also be available for those who need a deeper dive, including how to submit course change requests, navigating common scheduling scenarios, etc.

More details and access information will be shared as training materials are finalized.
