EIM Wants to Hear From You

With the Enterprise Identity Management (EIM) project building momentum, it's time to check in with those who matter most to the project... that means you!

Improving how UC San Diego handles how you gain the proper access to all the university services you're entitled to doesn't happen in a vaccum. In fact, it requires a great deal of time with subject matter experts, building a process landscape to understand the complexities surrounding how we correctly identify fellow community members. This effort, however, goes beyond just those who process identity and involves you. That's why the EIM project team actively wants to hear from our UC San Diego community. To sufficiently gauge your awareness and interest in the EIM project as it takes shape, please take a few moments to fill out our latest survey.

The success of the project is dependent on the active participation of Subject Matter Experts (SME) from across campus to understand the process landscape surrounding EIM.

If you are interested in engaging with the EIM project, SME opportunities are available for future business process landscape tracks in addition to openings for EIM Change Leads and Change Practitioners. Contact esr-eim@ucsd.edu today.
