The Financial Activity Hub is Live

The Financial Activity Hub (FinAH) is now live and in production with Oracle General Ledger data and the new Common Chart of Accounts. Future releases, anticipated on a monthly basis, will include Project Number, Expenditure Organization, Expenditure Types, Task Number, Award Number and Funding Sources (Oracle PPM data) and Budget.

The launch of this Activity Hub means that financial reports developers can begin to build, test and release reports that use data from FinAH blended with other hub data. Access to FinAH is based on your role in Oracle Financials Cloud Business Intelligence (BI). Read how to request access to Oracle financial data.

Training on data in FinAH can be found in the Financial Analytics Community of Practice. The community meets monthly.

Join the Oracle BI and Financial Reporting Office Hours Fridays through the end of September to talk to financial and activity hub reporting experts and ask your report and data questions.

Data Reporting

Financial Data Only

Reports that require only financial data are available now in Oracle. See a list of available and coming reports.

Blended Data

Reports that use Oracle financial and other data are currently in development by the Reporting Core Group and/or your local report developer, and will be made available at reports.ucsd.edu when they are released.

Historical Data

Historical financial data is still available from IFIS through FinancialLink and Cognos (Financial Analytics).

Cognos and Tableau Training

Live training on the Cognos and Tableau tools using FinAH data is available for report developers. Learn more and register at Cognos and Tableau for Report Developers.
