Retirement of Student QueryLink Reports & Updates
As the QueryLink remediation effort continues, we are sharing several important updates regarding recently retired reports, recent changes, and decisions related to historical reporting and functional consolidation.
Reports Retire as of January 30, 2026
As previously notified, a set of legacy QueryLink reports officially retire at the end of January. These include reports that were either successfully remediated and released on the Business Analytics Hub (BAH) or confirmed for permanent retirement (without remediation). Learn more here.
Please note that the previously communicated retirement date of January 23 was moved to January 30.
As a reminder, access to legacy QueryLink reports does not extend to the new reports on BAH. Visit our Get Started Blink page for more information on getting access.
Remediated Accounts Receivable (AR) Reports Available; Legacy Retirement Delayed
The retirement of the QueryLink versions of the Accounts Receivable Aging and Accounts Receivable Transactions reports has been delayed. While the remediated AR reports are now available on BAH, the legacy QueryLink versions remain accessible for the time being.
The decision to delay the retirement was made to ensure continued access to historical transactions that were archived from ISIS but are not yet available in the BAH reports. An overview of the data currently available in the BAH reports is available on the AR Transactions and AR Aging Blink pages.
To support historical data needs as an interim solution, work is underway to make the underlying SQL from the legacy QueryLink reports available to users with direct Data Warehouse access, should this historical data be required after the QueryLink report retirement.
Deprecation of the legacy QueryLink versions of these two reports is still planned for the near future. A revised retirement date will be posted on Blink once finalized. In the meantime, users are encouraged to use the BAH versions and to plan accordingly for the upcoming retirement of the legacy reports.
Campus Waitlist & Campus Waitlist Audit: Deprecation and Campus Class List Enhancement
Following extensive stakeholder meetings, research, surveys and functional evaluation, a decision has been made to deprecate both the QueryLink Campus Waitlist and Campus Waitlist Audit reports. Rather than remediating these as standalone reports published on BAH, their key functionality will be addressed through enhancements to the Campus Class List report.
In addition to listing students currently enrolled in a course or class section, the Campus Class List report will support generating waitlist and drop/withdrawal student lists through configurable filter options. This approach consolidates related use cases into a single, flexible report, reducing redundancy while preserving the information users rely on. We also want to thank our testers for their valuable feedback, which helped shape this enhancement. The enhanced functionality is anticipated to be released before the end of February. Updates will be posted on our Report Development Blink page.
Looking ahead, the new student information system, Triton Student System (TSS), will have live waitlist and course enrollment reporting, enabling departments to view and respond to current demand. Whereas, the Campus Class List report on BAH will provide waitlist and course enrollment information as of midnight the night before, providing a consistent point-in-time reference. Users can choose the tool that best supports their business needs.
Questions, concerns, or feedback related to this change can be submitted here.
Thank You
We appreciate the continued engagement and collaboration from campus partners as we move through the final phases of QueryLink remediation and transition to TSS-supported reporting. Your participation in testing, providing feedback, and adopting new reporting tools remains critical to the success of this effort.
