Second Round of Student Reports Now Available
If you’ve been following along — and especially if you’ve been eagerly awaiting the next batch of remediated QueryLink reports — we have good news: the next round is now live on the Business Analytics Hub (BAH)!
Now Available on BAH
- Campus Schedule of Classes
- Campus Student Information
- Campus Student Information Census
- Campus Withdrawal Information
- Campus Major Minor Change
- Incoming Students Report
What Happened to the Seventh & Eighth Reports?
You may recall from our last article that this round was originally expected to include eight reports. So why are only six listed?
During user acceptance testing, some issues were discovered with the Campus Waitlist report, and we are also reevaluating the future need for the Campus Waitlist Audit report based on the dynamic waitlist functionality in the new Triton Student System (TSS). As a result, both reports are being held back from this release.
In the meantime, the current versions of these reports remain available in QueryLink, with no immediate impact on existing access. We’ll update the Current and Future Report Development section as soon as revised release plans are confirmed.
Reminder: Training and Access
Access to the new reports is not automatic. To begin using them, make sure you’ve completed the following:
- Complete any outstanding training:
- Click the Request Access button at the top right of the Student BAH page

Upcoming Retirement of the Campus Admitted Students Query
As part of this round, the new Incoming Students Report has launched and will replace the current Campus Admitted Students Query, which is scheduled to retire on September 15, 2025. We strongly encourage everyone to begin using the new version now to become familiar with it ahead of the official retirement.
The remaining student QueryLink reports are still currently planned to be retired on January 23, 2026, but we recommend transitioning early to ensure a smooth changeover.
What’s Next
A few more reports are still on the horizon, with timeline details to be confirmed. Keep an eye on our Current and Future Report Development section for the latest updates.
Thank you again to all our partners across campus who continue to support this work. Your collaboration during testing and feedback along the way is critical to ensuring these reports meet the needs of our campus community.
