The First New Student Reports Are Here!
Big news — the first remediated student QueryLink reports have officially launched on the Business Analytics Hub (BAH)!
In our “Get Ready” message last month, we shared that this milestone was on the way — and now it’s here. These updated reports represent a key step forward in student reporting. Built on the Student Activity Hub using campus reporting tool Cognos, they offer a more secure, consistent, and accessible way to work with student data. Check out our Get Started Blink page to learn more.
Now Available on BAH
- Campus Class List
- Campus Class List 3rd Week

Don’t Forget: Complete Your Training and Request Access
Access to the new reports is not automatic. To begin using the new reports:
- Complete any outstanding training:
- Click the Request Access button at the top right of the Student BAH page
Completing these steps early will help avoid delays and ensure uninterrupted access as additional reports are released.
What’s Next: Round 2 Reports Coming August 11
We’re keeping the momentum going — eight additional student reports are planned for release on August 11, 2025. Keep an eye on our Current and Future Report Development section for the latest updates.
Mark Your Calendar: Legacy Versions Will Retire
The original QueryLink versions of these reports will continue to run in parallel with the new Cognos reports for a transition period — but not forever.
The Campus Admitted Students Query, which is being replaced by the Incoming Students Report in Round 2, will be retired early on September 15, 2025.
All remaining student QueryLink reports are currently planned to be retired on January 23, 2026 — and that date will be here before you know it! We encourage you to begin using the new BAH versions now so you’re ready well in advance.
We’re thrilled to reach this major milestone and excited for you to explore the new reports. This launch wouldn’t have been possible without the time, feedback and dedication of our campus partners during QA and UAT testing — thank you for your contributions! And thank you to everyone for being part of this important transition and for supporting data-informed decision-making across campus.
