Final Student QueryLink Retirements and the Transition to TSS Data

With the release of the Campus Course Information reports on the Business Analytics Hub (BAH), the initial QueryLink remediation effort, including the transition from the legacy QueryLink reports to Cognos reports via the Student Activity Hub (SAH), is now complete. As we close out this phase, we are sharing important updates regarding the final retirement of the remaining student QueryLink reports and the next phase of report retrofits with Triton Student System (TSS) data.

Campus Course Information Now Available on BAH

The remediated Campus Course Information report launched on April 24, 2026, and is accessible through the Business Analytics Hub (Classes category).

Key details:

  • What the report shows
A searchable list of course configuration details, including pre- and co-requisites, fees, credit information, and final exam indicators. Because the report is not tied to a specific class offering, instructor names, meeting locations, and enrollment counts are not included. For those details, please use the Campus Schedule of Classes or Campus Class List reports.
  • Data source
The current version reflects ISIS data only, so any course changes pending approval do not appear. A TSS data feed will be introduced in the near term. More information is available on the TSS Impacts on Student Reporting.
  • How to stay up‑to‑date
Release timelines and enhancements are tracked in the Current and Future Report Development table on Blink.

Users are encouraged to explore the report to compare course versions, validate fee structures, and review prerequisite chains.

Final QueryLink Retirements on June 1

The retirement of the final set of student QueryLink reports on June 1, 2026 will mark a major milestone for the completion of the QueryLink remediation effort.

This achievement reflects a broad, campus-wide collaboration. We extend our sincere thanks to the many partners across campus who contributed throughout this effort, providing requirements, participating in testing, and offering critical feedback to help ensure that remediated reports meet business needs.

The following QueryLink reports will be retired on June 1:

  • Campus Course Information
  • Campus Waitlist
  • Campus Waitlist Audit

As previously shared, the functionality of the Campus Waitlist and Campus Waitlist Audit reports has been incorporated into the Campus Class List report on BAH. This consolidated report supports enrollment, waitlist, and drop/withdrawal use cases through configurable filters.

Incorporation of TSS Data

With the QueryLink remediation now complete, the current focus shifts to incorporating TSS data into reports as it becomes available in the SAH. This data will be introduced alongside existing ISIS data, ensuring continuity while expanding reporting capabilities.

To support this, new fields are being added to help identify the source student information system (SIS) and enable reporting across both systems:

New key fields:

TSS-sourced data will be introduced incrementally in the SAH, alongside the ISIS-based data, and reports will be updated or enhanced accordingly.

What to Expect

During this period:

  • Reports may reference both ISIS and TSS data, depending on availability
  • The recommended source system may change over time as TSS data expands
  • BAH Student reports will include a SIS Data Source field and filter to support transparency and flexibility
  • If users need support or assistance adapting their business processes using the retrofitted reports, please join our Wednesday Office Hours

Detailed impacts will be shared on the TSS Transition Blink pages as they become available.

Thank You

We appreciate the continued partnership from campus stakeholders as we complete the student QueryLink remediation and move into the next phase of reporting with TSS data. Your engagement and feedback remain critical to ensuring a successful transition.

For additional updates, please continue to monitor Blink and future communications from the Student Operational Reporting team.
