The Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP) Project will replace our current financial aid system, Pro Student Aid Management (ProSAM), with a new system, Oracle Student Financial Planning (SFP).

  • Oracle SFP purchased (June 2021)
  • Financial Aid working group formed to determine project implementation readiness criteria (October 2021)
  • SIS Project sponsor endorses project and readiness criteria (March 2022)
  • Project stakeholders decide to move forward with project, based on progress toward achieving readiness criteria (June 2022)
  • Steering committee formed, team gathered, and project kicked off (July 2022)
  • User training (August-September 2022)
  • Design sessions (September 2022-January 2024)
  • Project work paused (January 2024-September 2024)
  • Project cancelled (September 2024)
