New TritonPay

The New TritonPay will replace current IT Services home-grown student billing application (TritonPay) with a third-party vended solution hosted byTransact Payments.

The New TritonPay will provide students and parents with an improved experience for viewing and paying bills with multiple electronic payment options such as recurring autopay, electronic 529 Plan and international bank transfers.

(Note that the New TritonPay and Triton Pay 2.0 refer to the same body of work in the SIS Project portfolio.)

THIS IS ARCHIVED CONTENT

The New TritonPay launched in August 2023 and primary project hypercare ended as of December 2023. Additional phases of system enhancements occurred from January 2024 to March 2025.

- Phase 3 Go-Live: 08/02/2023

Hypercare (2023)
- End Hypercare: 12/21/2023

Additional Phases (2024-2025)
- Multiple phases for various enhancements, each with separate go-live dates
- Project Closure: March 17, 2025
